University Admin (Entry Level)

Salary: $3000 - $3500 for no experience
Period: 12 months

• Support the administration of postgraduate programmes, including handling student enquiries, registration matters, orientation activities, and general programme operations.
• Assist in dissertation and examination-related administration, including submission tracking, document verification, examination coordination, and processing support.
• Support financial and administrative processes such as fee follow-ups, claims processing, and maintenance of records and reports.
• Assist in coordinating student-related activities, events, and programme communications.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updating of administrative records and databases.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the MSc Programme Office and perform any other duties as assigned.
