*URGENT* Clinic Assistant (5.5 days, Islandwide) #HRY

Assist doctors and nurses in providing quality patient care and support during clinic operations.

Register patients, verify personal particulars and manage patient appointments.

Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, documentation and filing of medical records.

Assist with patient registration, billing, cashiering and insurance-related matters when required.

Prepare consultation rooms and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available.

Assist with basic clinical duties such as taking and recording patients' vital signs, where required.

Support doctors and nurses during medical procedures and examinations.

Dispense and pack medications under the supervision of the doctor or pharmacist, where applicable.

Handle phone calls, enquiries and assist patients with general requests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and consultation rooms.

Monitor and replenish medical and clinic supplies.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the clinic.
