*URGENT* Entry Level HR Assistant (West, Healthcare, up to $3K) - HWX

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the shared service centre
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Requirements:

• min. Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline from a recognised discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR
• IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
• Organised, meticulous and proactive.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
