Job description
o Assist with procurement activities, including purchasing supplies and coordinating with vendors.
o Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
o Prepare and process documentation, invoices, claims, and purchase requests.
o Support staff onboarding and other departmental administrative processes.
o Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and record meeting minutes.
o Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support operational needs.
o Assist with departmental events, projects, and general office administration.
o Support IT and facilities-related administrative requests.
o Coordinate with clinics and departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
o Liaise with the operating theatre (OT) transport team to coordinate timely patient transfers.
Job requirements
o Minimum: A level and Diploma (in any related course of study)
o Admin experience will be highly preferred
