[URGENT] Sales Operations Analyst (Data Analysis & Reports - Microsoft Excel)

Responsibilities

• Provide overall sales operations and data analytics support to the sales team and driving operational efficiency through data automation

• Manage and maintain customer and sales data in our CRM system

• Prepare and automate sales reports to support the decision-making process

• Work closely with the sales operations team to understand their sales data needs

• Implement and maintain data automation processes to streamline sales operations

• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

• Identify opportunities to enhance our sales processes and suggest improvements

• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent

• At least 1 - 2 years of sales operations or sales administration role, preferably good in data analysis

• Prior experience using Microsoft Co-Pilot in Excel function will be ideal for this role

• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools will be an added advantage
