*URGENT* Sample Coordinator (Contract, No Exp needed, West, MNC) - HWX

• Assist the Executive in managing the daily operation in SOM:
• Receiving sample requests,
• Create production orders
• Coaching and managing the SOM team (includes, full-time SOM compounders, contract staff and interns) to deliver daily outputs
• Manage the inventory of samples and expired stocks.
• Mentor interns in the process of production

The job scope has 2 aspects production ops and administrative.

• Production ops - Responsible for compounding, sampling and packing. Inventory and housekeeping. Maintain accuracy in SAP system. Operation process in lab is run smoothly.
• Administrative – Receive request order for sample oil or raw material. Liaising with customer service, sales, fragrance development team (internal clients) for production orders, processing documents. Check for existing stocks for compound or pack it for shipping.
• Target - Achieve 40 oil production per day and to achieve production deadline in 3 days (process flow -> (1) administrative and checking raw material availability (2) preparation, production of oil which includes compound and packing)
• Manage the physical oil stocks in the Fragrance Sample compactor.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of oil inventory in the Fragrance Sample compactor.
• Coordinate the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Sample compactor.
• Prepare monthly reports on oil inventory in the Sample compactor to the FS (Fragrance Sample) Library Manager.
• Guide and train new production technician to be competent in the respective work methods and best practices.
• Support enterprise resource planning system (e.g. SAP), and production planning module and inventory management system.

Requirements:

• min. GCE A level/Diploma in any Science related disciplines
• No experience needed as training is provided
• Relevant internships in production environment would be advantageous

Work hours: Monday to Fri, 830am to 530pm
