Job Summary

Drive sales growth by sourcing and developing new leads, promoting hire purchase and loan products, and building strong client and dealer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of hire purchase and loan products (HP & block discounting) to meet targets
• Source, develop, and follow up on new sales leads to expand customer base
• Promote financing solutions effectively to customers and dealers to support sales objectives
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and dealers to enhance customer loyalty
• Manage work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines to ensure timely delivery of sales goals
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate sales processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hire purchase loans or the automobile industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in any field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:15pm
• Salary: Basic $2,500 + Commissions
