Working hour: 5.5 days

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:00pm

Job Scope

• Focal point for all shipment inquiries.

• Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfillment.

• Order generation in SAP & WMS.

• Handling of customer enquires via call, email, walk-in.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system and order fulfillment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel

• Microsoft – Word, & Excel, Customer Service Skills.
