Warehouse Admin (Changi North Way)

Job Description

• Provide administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
• Manage inventory control by regular cycle count and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors and customers to ensure smooth transactions
• Responsible for day to day processing such as picking and packing list, permit declaration, collection and deliveries
• Support productivity enhancements for Contract Logistics Operations
• Actively engages in warehouse system digitalization initiatives throughout the network
• Ensure all shipping processes have timely closure i.e. from receiving of request, invoicing, etc.
• Ensure all costs, details and processes are kept up to date in WMS
• Ensure all documents, including billing invoice and pre-alert, reaches the customer in a timely manner
• Ensure monthly performance reports such as accurate pick rates and damage report are generated
• Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to
• Coordination with agent on permit declaration information and ensure information are in order prior to submission to customs
• Receive and inspect all materials to tally against shipping documents
• Ensure proper labelling for stock accuracy
• Assist in any other daily operations of warehouse

• Transportation is provided at Tampines MRT
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience
