About the Role: 

Our client is an established freight forwarding and logistics provider in Singapore looking to expand their operations teams. If you thrive in dynamic environments and possess basic experience in shipping documentation, we want to hear from you!  

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day incoming calls and corporate email correspondence professionally. 

• Assist in processing crucial shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Form D, and Customs Permits.

• Manage documentation and data entry operations for both import and export shipments, and process Payment Vouchers. 

• Update and maintain shipment status details within the internal freight management system. 

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as reasonably assigned by the direct supervisor. 

Job Requirements:

• GCE N-Level, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred 

• 1 – 2 year year of freight forwarding experience handling BL, Form D, and shipping permits preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply . 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Familiar with Bills of Lading, FCL, LCL, Certificates of Origin, and Incoterms.  

• Possess a willing-to-learn attitude, well-organized and detail-oriented skills.
