Warehouse Admin (HIGH BONUS )

📍 Location: Pioneer
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:15am – 4:00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $2,500 + OT + Yearly Bonus (up to 5.5 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process warehouse-related documentation and paperwork
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
• Handle receiving of incoming goods and shipments
• Verify orders and identify discrepancies in quantity or documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding deliveries and order coordination
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents when required
• Support stock take and general warehouse administrative duties
• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Possess valid forklift license
• Basic warehouse administration or logistics coordination experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
