WAREHOUSE & SITE MATERIAL CONTROLLER

The Warehouse & Site Material Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring efficient stock control operations. The role includes processing and updating inventory transactions, receiving and issuing materials, preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and invoices, maintaining related documentation, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, warehouse personnel, and project teams. The Warehouse & Sire Material Controller conducts stock reconciliations and cycle counts, investigates inventory discrepancies, prepares inventory and transaction reports, and ensures all inventory records and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures. Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials. Coordinate material deliveries to multiple project sites based on site requirements and schedules. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Prepare and process material requests, delivery orders, and inventory reports. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, and transport teams to ensure timely material delivery. Plan and schedule daily vehicle movements and delivery routes. Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly documented. Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation. Lead and supervise warehouse assistants, drivers, and logistics staff. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies. Resolve material shortages and delivery issues promptly. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper material storage. Monitor the performance of warehouse operations and recommend process improvements. Ensure materials are delivered to project sites on time without affecting project schedules. Use Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and reports.
