Warehouse Assistant (Class 3 Driving License)

• Warehouse Assistant
• Able to work Rotating Shift (Morn / Noon), on Weekend & Public Holidays

Job Scope:

• Support in daily warehouse operation including receiving, sorting, pick & packing, etc
• Assist in daily operations including parts exchange, distribute parts to other locations, etc
• Ensure Spare Parts are received in good condition, by performing detailed checks and testing
• Perform simple configurations to repaired / new Spare Parts
• Perform periodic stocktaking and maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor the movement of Spare Parts and update the system
• Assist in reporting and documentation
• Handle printing and pasting of labels for the Spare Parts
• Perform daily housekeeping of the storeroom
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
• Basic computer skill & knowledge (Eg MS Words & Excel)
• Proficiency in ERP Systems is advantageous
• Attention to details & organized
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday

Other Information:

• Working Hour: Rotating Shifts ( 7am – 4.30pm / 1pm – 10.30pm )
• Salary: Up to $2800 + OT + AWS + VB
• Location: CBD
