Warehouse Executive (Logistics & Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with shipping teams and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare periodic reports.
• Manage inventory records and monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
• Process customer orders and coordinate shipment arrangements from order fulfilment to delivery.
• Liaise with transportation providers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping, receiving, and documentation issues.
• Handle cargo collection and coordinate related logistics activities.
• Record incoming courier airway bills (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) and maintain tracking records.
• Update service job information in Oracle and ensure data accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping coordination, or customer service.
• Experience in shipping and logistics documentation is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing procedures will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
