WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Prepare and process orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and optimize storage arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain operational documentations.
• Supervise warehouse assistants and forklift operators when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices are followed.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products in compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification.
•  2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and inventory control procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of forklift operations (if applicable).
• Understanding of import / export and freight forwarding procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills
