Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support website migration projects and merchandise development initiatives. This hybrid role combines digital content management with product coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Migration

·      Support website migration activities (content transfer, testing, quality assurance)

·      Assist in copywriting and content creation aligned with brand guidelines

·      Review, edit, and update web content for accuracy and relevance

·      Liaise with stakeholders on migration matters

·      Monitor website performance post-migration and resolve issues

·      Provide ongoing maintenance and content updates

Merchandise Development

·      Research and develop new merchandise concepts based on visitor insights and market trends

·      Coordinate with vendors (e.g. RISIS) on productdevelopment and quality standards

·      Review mockups, prototypes, and product samples

·      Track sales performance and gather customer feedback

General Support

·      Provide administrative and operational support

·      Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Preferred Traits

·      Experience in web content management /website platforms

·      Experience in product or merchandise development

·      Strong computer literacy and attention to detail

·      Good communication and stakeholder management skills
