Wellness Concierge, Personal Assistant & Therapist

ARESET Atelier is looking for a warm, professional, and proactive individual to join our growing team in a unique multi-faceted role.

This position combines Personal Assistant, Client Experience, and Therapist responsibilities. You will support the founder with daily operations while delivering premium wellness and facial treatments to clients.

ARESET Atelier is a modern wellness destination focused on Stillness, Recovery, and Recalibration through advanced wellness technologies, including (Red Light Therapy), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), body wellness technologies, and facial rejuvenation treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Therapy Services

• Perform facials and wellness treatments
• Operate aesthetic and wellness devices safely and professionally
• Assist clients undergoing Red Light Therapy, HBOT, body contouring, muscle stimulation, and wellness programmes
• Conduct client consultations and treatment preparation
• Ensure exceptional client comfort, care, and experience
• Recommend suitable treatment plans, packages, and retail products
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards

Personal Assistant & Operations Support

• Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings
• Support the founder with administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and suppliers
• Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
• Assist with social media content, events, and marketing activities
• Maintain inventory and stock control
• Support day-to-day studio operations

Requirements

• Experience in facials, beauty, spa, wellness, aesthetic, or healthcare industries preferred
• Comfortable performing facial treatments and operating aesthetic devices
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Willing to learn new wellness technologies and treatment protocols
