Workplace Service Manager / Office Operation Manager

Job Scope:

• Deliver day-to-day workplace experience operations across all office locations while maintaining consistent service standards during normal operations and renovation phases.
• Coordinating of logistics, workspace moves, phased handovers, temporary work arrangements, and on-site user support during renovation stage
• Collecting and analysing data on space utilisation, user feedback, service issues, and operational risks, escalating findings with factual insights.
• Working with Facilities Management and client stakeholders to ensure service continuity, incident response, and effective execution of workplace initiatives.
• Develop and produce clear workplace communications and visual materials (e.g., EDMs, posters, signage, floor guides, and notices) aligned with client-approved messaging.
• Drive continuous operational improvement by identifying workplace trends, adoption challenges, and opportunities to enhance employee experience through data-driven recommendations and on-ground observations.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management / Business Management
• 5 Years of experience in Workplace Operation Service Delivery
• Experience in in office/building change execution & operation change management
• Hands-on experience in using Canva or Similar Software for EDMs & Signage Design
