Workshop Administrative Executive

Job Summary

Handle customer enquiries and appointments promptly via phone, email, or messaging. Support customers by addressing their requests and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth workshop operations.

Job Description:

• Handles enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or message
• Assists with customers’ requests
• Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
• Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least O’ Level graduate or similar education level.
• At least 2 Years(s) of experience in car workshop administrations and/or in the related field is required for this position preferably.
• Knowledgeable insurance claim procedures will be preferable.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin for liaising with associates on general admin duties
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
