Front Office Executive (Sales Admin)

Working Days: 6 days, 46h per week
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; Saturday, 8:00am–3:00pm
Gross Salary: SGD $2,800–$3,400
Location: Jurong Port West Region

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp and email
• Receive and process customer orders
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders and sales invoices
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and collections
• Count daily petty cash and process staff claims
• Perform general office administration, including filing, correspondence, stationery and courier arrangements
• Assist with basic marketing activities, including social media posts and promotional materials

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with invoicing or accounting software is an advantage
