Job Summary

Lead the sales department at our Kovan aesthetic medical clinic outlet, driving monthly sales targets through effective leadership, customer engagement, and sales execution of advanced aesthetic treatments and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales department to achieve monthly company sales targets
• Independently drive sales initiatives and motivate the sales team to perform at high standards
• Apply strong leadership skills to guide and support team members in delivering excellent customer service
• Promote and sell aesthetic medical services including Botox, injectable treatments, and advanced laser technologies
• Provide customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Communicate persuasively and close sales effectively by engaging customers with a pleasant and outgoing personality
