• Provide professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and skincare advice.
• Perform beauty services such as facial treatments, eyebrow shaping, and basic aesthetic procedures.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.
• Follow company service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant beauty, skincare, or aesthetic qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional conduct.
