Beautician

Job Summary
The Beautician is responsible for providing professional beauty treatments and skincare services while ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes performing facial treatments, skin analysis, recommending suitable beauty products and services, maintaining hygiene standards, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, and acne treatments.

• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans based on clients' skin conditions.

• Provide beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, eyelash treatments, waxing, and basic makeup application (where applicable).

• Recommend and promote skincare products and treatment packages to clients.

• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and aftercare.

• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and tools in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Keep accurate client treatment records and monitor treatment progress.

• Handle appointment scheduling and follow-up with customers.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Support promotional activities and achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Comply with company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety requirements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma, certificate, or relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.

• Knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and beauty techniques.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-oriented with the ability to recommend products and treatment packages.

• Customer-focused with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts when required.
