Beautician Store Manager

• Branch Operations Management:
  Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Team Leadership & Training:
  Manage, train, and motivate a team of beauticians and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Beauty Treatments:
  Provide a range of beauty services (e.g., facials, skin treatments, and other beautician services) to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Act as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

• Inventory, Administration & Accounting: Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to support branch operations.

  Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including handling cash and recording daily sales.

  Reconcile monthly income by tallying sales receipts against recorded sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Health & Safety Compliance:
  Ensure all services and operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
