Beautician/Consultant/Manager

The Beautician Consultant/ Manager is responsible for providing professional beauty treatments, conducting skin analysis, recommending suitable products and treatment packages, and achieving individual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facial treatments, skincare services, and other beauty treatments according to company SOPs.

• Conduct skin analysis and understand customers’ concerns and beauty goals.

• Provide personalized treatment recommendations and explain treatment benefits and procedures.

• Follow up with customers on treatment progress and satisfaction.

• Recommend suitable treatment packages, memberships, and retail products.

• Convert consultations into sales and maintain a high conversion rate.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits, retention, and referrals.

Requirements:

• Candidates with relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills are welcome to apply

• Possession of a Professional Certificate / NiTEC / CIBTAC / ITEC in Beauty and Skincare is preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
