Your Day-to-Day

As a Beauty Advisor you will lead the end-to-end setup and launch of a new aesthetic clinic, from operational planning and team recruitment to sales strategy and daily operations. You will play a key role in establishing the clinic's operational standards, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
2. Develop and implement sales initiatives to acquire new clients, increase treatment and product sales, improve conversion rates, and drive repeat visits.
3. Establish operational processes and SOPs to ensure efficient clinic workflows, consistent service quality, and a seamless client journey.
4. Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure operational readiness, appointment efficiency, resource allocation, and smooth coordination across the team.
5. Monitor key business metrics, including revenue, average spending per client, sales conversion, client retention, team productivity, and operating costs.
6. Build strong client relationships and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
7. Work closely with doctors and therapists to coordinate treatment services, maintain service standards, and support business performance.
8. Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities to strengthen clinic performance, profitability, and scalability.
9. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business targets.

What We're Looking For:

1. At least 3 years of experience in aesthetic, medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or a related industry, with proven experience in clinic operations or management.
2. Strong sales and commercial acumen, with a track record of achieving revenue targets, improving sales conversion, and growing business performance.
3. Experience in opening, launching, or setting up a new clinic or retail outlet from scratch is highly preferred.
4. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, generate new business, and drive client acquisition and retention.
5. Experience in recruiting, leading, coaching, and managing a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
6. Strong understanding of clinic operations, client consultation, treatment sales, customer relationship management, and service quality.
7. Ability to establish operational processes, implement SOPs, and manage multiple priorities during the pre-opening and launch phases.
8. Commercially minded, with the ability to analyse sales performance, manage operating costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
9. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
10. Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable building processes and solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
11. Familiarity with clinic management systems, POS systems, inventory management, and business reporting tools.
12. Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and aesthetic clinic licensing requirements is an advantage.
13. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to clinic operating requirements.
14. Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident preferred.
