As an Beauty Consultant (Sales), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling phone and customer enquiries.

• Provide professional recommendations on suitable treatments, products, and services based on customers' needs.

• Deliver excellent customer service by building positive relationships and ensuring a pleasant patient experience.

• Assist doctors during treatments and clinical procedures when required.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the clinic and treatment areas.

• Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinic's operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience working in aesthetics, skincare or beauty industry

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed individual or team sales targets
