Beauty Training Manager

Job Summary

Lead the company's training function by developing and delivering training programs that enhance employees' technical skills, product knowledge, customer service, and sales performance while ensuring consistent service standards across all outlets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and materials to improve employees’ technical skills, product knowledge, customer service, and sales effectiveness
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product training sessions to ensure staff competency and up-to-date knowledge
• Coach and assess staff performance and competency to drive continuous improvement and adherence to service standards
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards across all outlets to maintain consistent customer experience
• Support new product launches and outlet openings by preparing and training staff effectively
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and recommend targeted improvement plans
• Monitor training effectiveness by evaluating outcomes and maintaining accurate training records
• Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry, including at least 3 years in a training or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and sales techniques to effectively train staff
• Excellent coaching, presentation, communication, and leadership skills to engage and develop employees
• Ability to travel between outlets as required to deliver training and support operations
