Job Description - CENTRE MANAGER

【高薪诚聘】美立方诚聘美容经理

薪资福利：

$11,000 - $12,000/月

岗位职责：

  1. 全面统筹： 负责美容院的日常行政、考勤、环境及服务品质的全面管理。
  2. 业绩冲刺： 拆解店面月度/年度销售目标，制定拓客与留客方案，带领团队完成业绩。
  3. 团队建设： 负责门店员工的专业技能、手法及销售话术培训，激发员工潜能。
  4. 客情维护： 维护中高端核心客户关系，处理客诉，提升客户转介绍率与复购率。
  5. 资产管理： 规范店内院装产品、仪器设备及物料的管理，控制运营成本。

任职要求：

  • 基本英文交流，形象气质佳。
  • 具备3年以上大中型美容院同岗位管理经验。
  • 具备极强的沟通表达能力、卓越的领导力及抗压能力。
