Job Description - Hair Stylist

Job Summary
You will perform a variety of haircare services including cutting, washing, blow-drying, styling, scalp treatments, and hair coloring to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced salon environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver hair cutting services using your five years of experience to achieve customer satisfaction
Perform hair washing and blow-drying to prepare clients for styling or treatments
Apply hair and scalp treatments to improve hair health and client comfort
Execute hair coloring techniques accurately to meet client requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Follow instructions and complete ad-hoc duties assigned by the shop manager promptly
Provide attentive customer service during retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support smooth salon operations
Adhere to the scheduled weekday off and work hours with punctuality and responsibility
Collaborate with colleagues as an outgoing team member while also contributing independently
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum of five years of experience in hair cutting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members
Ability to work under supervision and adapt to fast-paced salon conditions
Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility to meet work schedules
