Roles & Responsibilities

• Have knowledge and able to perform haircut, perm, hair coloring, bleach, scalp & hair treatment
• Able to provide professional consultant and advices to customers accordingly
• Ability to upsell services and sales packages
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Well groomed, proactive and self-motivated
• Develop & maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow and ensure company image & salon's cleanliness
• Constantly be updated on current & latest trends in the industry.
• Adhere to company's policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences
• Possess good attitude, responsible and hardworking
• Enjoy working in a team and build good teamwork
