Luxury Retail Sales Manager (Beauty)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the sales department, including customer reception, coordinating work schedules for beauty therapists, liaising with suppliers, and resolving customer issues.
• Develop marketing strategies and sales plans, contributing to increased revenue and customer acquisition.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training and guidance to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle inventory management and purchasing, ensuring the availability and quality of salon products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market competition, making necessary adjustments to business strategies to maintain a leading position in the market.

Requirements:

• Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members toward achieving sales targets.
• Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage salon operations and resources.
• Strong business acumen, keeping up with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin
