Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hair Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven track record in managing salon operations, leading teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Manage appointment scheduling, staff rostering, and workflow to maximize productivity.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, health, and safety standards.

• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to maintain high service standards.

• Conduct staff scheduling, attendance management, and performance evaluations.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring high-quality service.

• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement with suppliers.

• Monitor salon expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in salon management or a similar managerial role within the beauty industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Proven ability to drive sales and implement promotional strategies.

• Good knowledge of salon operations, inventory management, and budgeting.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and salon booking/POS systems is an advantage.
