Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty centre, including scheduling, staffing, and client services.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, therapists, and receptionists to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the centre meets cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of products and supplies.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Track sales and service performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and client experience.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Keep up with beauty industry trends and recommend new services or products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a beauty, spa, or wellness centre.
  • Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in salon or spa management software is a plus.
  • Sales-driven with a focus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
