Job Summary

Oversee daily shop operations and lead a team of therapists to deliver high-quality wellness services. Manage customer service, inventory, and health and safety compliance to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shop operations by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth customer flow to optimize service delivery
  • Hire, train, and supervise therapists to maintain team performance and adherence to quality and service standards
  • Resolve customer complaints and implement feedback-driven improvements to sustain high customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and tracking usage to maintain adequate resources
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards by training staff on sanitation protocols and overseeing equipment maintenance
