Job Summary

Manage daily nail salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Lead and train nail technicians, achieve sales targets, handle customer complaints effectively, and oversee financial reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations to maintain efficient service delivery and customer experience
• Arrange and coordinate staff shifts to optimize workforce coverage and productivity
• Control and monitor nail supplies inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste
• Lead and train nail technicians to enhance skills and maintain service quality standards
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty
• Reconcile daily sales transactions accurately and submit monthly operation reports for management review

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a nail salon
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
