Job Description - Pilates Teacher

Responsibilities

Develop safe, professional and comprehensive Pilates training programs for clients that is of high standard and integral to branding
Lead and/or conduct private, group Pilates classes and workshops
Design and administer appropriate programs to train and develop a pool of in-house Pilates instructors
Assist the Operations Manager in the operations of the centre
Achieve monthly centre target and upkeeping the service quality

Requirements

Certified by an internationally recognized Pilates education organization and is a qualified GYROTONIC® Trainer
Passionate about improving/enriching the life of others through fitness.
Good sense of customer service, patience, responsibility and integrity.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales KPIs and service
