SALES DIRECTOR (TCM WELLNESS)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
• Lead and manage the sales teams across multiple outlets to maximise sales performance and operational excellence.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities in the wellness, TCM and healthcare sectors.
• Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns for TCM wellness services, including acupuncture, Tuina, wellness therapy and preventive healthcare programmes.
• Provide professional guidance on TCM wellness concepts and treatment programmes to support product positioning, customer education and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners and corporate customers.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting and business performance reporting.
• Recruit, mentor and develop sales managers and outlet managers to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations and Finance departments to improve customer acquisition, retention and overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical business practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Healthcare or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in sales leadership, business development or commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and wellness industry, including acupuncture, Tuina, wellness therapies and preventive healthcare services.
• Proven experience in developing sales strategies and managing multi-outlet sales operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and decision-making abilities.
