• Job Purpose: Provide advanced beauty treatments and supervise daily salon operations to ensure high service standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Beauty Services & Treatments: Perform advanced skincare treatments (e.g., facials, laser, microdermabrasion), hair removal, and other beauty services.

  • Customer Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations to recommend personalized beauty solutions and products based on individual client needs.

  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Salon Operations: Manage stock levels, maintain treatment area cleanliness, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Sales & Growth: Promote salon services and retail products to meet sales targets and contribute to marketing initiatives.

• Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a spa or beauty salon.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
