Responsibilities

1. Treatment and Service Delivery

• Perform slimming, hair removal and facial treatments for customers according to company protocols.
• Ensure treatments are carried out safely and effectively using approved techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and well-prepared treatment environment before and after every session.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of treatment rooms to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all treatments and procedures.

2. Consultation and Customer Communication

• Conduct consultations to understand customers’ goals, preferences, and body conditions.
• Promote and recommend beauty products and services tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Clearly explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions.
• Follow up with customers after treatments to check on results, satisfaction, and encourage retention.
• Communicate proactively with customers through calls, messages, or in-person to build trust and maintain engagement.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure every client has a positive experience.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally to maintain customer confidence.
• Keep accurate records of customer details, preferences, and treatment progress.

4. Sales and Product Recommendation

• Recommend suitable treatments and packages to help customers achieve their desired results.
• Promote and cross-sell related beauty products and services to meet sales targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all service offerings, treatment technologies, and product ingredients.

5. Operations and Housekeeping

• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and machines are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Handle stock and ensure inventory levels are properly managed and replenished as needed.
• Report equipment issues or stock shortages promptly.
• Assist in daily salon operations and team coordination.

6. Continuous Learning

• Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, products, and treatment techniques.
• Attend internal training sessions and workshops to maintain high service standards.
• Share best practices with team members to enhance overall service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in beauty, wellness, sales, hospitality, cabin crew or other customer-facing service roles.
• Candidates with strong service backgrounds who are willing to learn beauty and slimming treatments are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in slimming, facial, and other beauty services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer literacy to manage customer bookings and records
• Team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining treatment quality and cleanliness
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend suitable products and treatments effectively
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically
• Flexibility to adapt to varying customer demands and work schedules
