Job Title: Spa Manager
Job Purpose:To oversee the daily operations, staff management, and financial performance of the spa, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with all industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, ensuring consistent service quality and professional conduct.
Financial Oversight: Develop and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and implement strategies to drive profitability.
Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Compliance: Ensure the establishment fully complies with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations (including the Massage Establishments Act).
Customer Experience: Resolve complex client issues and continuously evaluate service quality to maintain high satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the spa or retail industry.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in business management software and inventory systems.
