Job Description - SPA THERAPIST

Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor spa staff, including front desk, concierge, and treatment personnel; coordinate schedules and coverage to meet business needs readysethire.
Guest Experience: Address client concerns, ensure satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment readysethire.
Operational Oversight: Monitor cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations; implement company policies and service standards
Administrative Duties: Manage inventory, payroll, expenses, and revenue; assist in budgeting, reporting, and achieving sales targets .
Training and Development: Train new employees, set performance goals, and evaluate staff performance; foster a culture of accountability and collaboration readysethire.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with management on marketing strategies, promotions, and new service development to attract and retain clients
