【Beauty Supervisor Wanted】

Position: Beauty Supervisor
Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the salon
Lead the beauty therapist team and ensure smooth daily work arrangements
Assist in training new staff and improving team service standards
Follow up with customer appointments, treatment experience, and after-sales service
Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products according to customers’ needs
Monitor salon hygiene, equipment maintenance, and product inventory
Handle customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships
Support the company in achieving sales targets and improving salon performance

Job Requirements:
Experience in beauty, body care, skincare, or related industries will be an advantage
Team management or salon supervisory experience will be preferred
Familiar with beauty treatment procedures and basic salon operations
Good communication skills, service attitude, and sense of responsibility
Sales-oriented and able to lead the team to achieve targets
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Good teamwork spirit and able to follow company arrangements
