SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

Promote the company’s skincare products to customers

Demonstrate skincare routines or techniques to customers professionally

Educate & offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.

Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, tone, and concerns.

Providing an exceptional level of customer service

Handle phone and walk-in customers' enquiries

Build rapport with customers and ensure a long-term relationship with them

Be presentable and maintain good conduct

Ensure the accuracy of stock levels and transactions

Requirements:

Preferably with retail sales experience

Service and sales oriented

Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills

Proven sales track record

Passionate about the skincare and beauty industry

Willing to shift work, weekends, and PH
