SUPERVISOR

1. Team Management & Supervision

• Supervise, guide, and support beauticians and junior staff
• Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance
• Train new employees on treatments, products, and service standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback

2. Client Service & Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
• Recommend suitable treatments and beauty products to clients
• Build long-term client relationships

3. Operations Management

• Oversee daily salon/spa operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Manage inventory of products and supplies
• Coordinate with suppliers and place orders when needed

4. Service Quality Control

• Ensure all treatments meet professional standards
• Stay updated on latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
• Maintain consistency in service delivery

5. Sales & Revenue Support

• Promote services, packages, and retail products
• Support achieving sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell services

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field
• Proven experience as a beautician or senior therapist (2–5 years preferred)
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of skincare, facials, and beauty treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
