Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the company's revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, referral networks and strategic collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, suppliers and business partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and recommend growth initiatives.
Develop sales forecasts, business plans and performance reports for management review.
Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and partnership opportunities.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities and customer acquisition programmes.
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback and market conditions to improve business strategies.
Prepare annual business development plans and recommend expansion opportunities.
Supervise and mentor junior sales and marketing personnel where required.
Perform other strategic business development duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales management or strategic marketing, preferably within the beauty, wellness, retail or service industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing business strategies and achieving revenue growth.
Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
