Cleaning Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the operations, work processes and services run smoothly
• Supervise on premises’ hygiene and scheduling of manpower on duties
• To perform daily housekeeping tasks (toilet washing, office cleaning, high dusting, surface wiping, floor sweeping and mopping, replenish of consumable items, clearing of rubbish, etc).
• Able to multitask and perform any projects such as project cleaning using machines as and when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior / Management.

Qualification Requirements

• Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor
• Able to read and write basic English

Preferred Skills

• WSQ trained for cleaning supervisory work; Good Manufacturing Practices experience 
• Knowledge in operating cleaning equipment (ride on sweepers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc)
• Experience with work at height equipment and high level cleaning
• Certifications related to Work At Height systems (scaffolding, scissor lift, boom lift, etc)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• With experience in manufacturing/industrial plant/clean room cleaning preferred
