• Job Description:
  Co-ordinate administrative matters related between head office
• Maintain employee records of project staff
• Preparation  and submission of reports
• Maintain inventory for consumables and compilation  of orders 
• Checking and monitoring manpower attendance
• Assist with  cleaning supervision / inspection  on site 

Requirements:

• Min. O Level  and above
• 2 years related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Good command of English
• Good communication and interpersonal skill and ability to communicate well with mature workers
• Able to work independently
