Role:
Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)

• Office: (Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT)
• Project Site: ICA (Lavander MRT)
• $3500 to $4200
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in retrofitting or A&A projects will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job scopes

Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation.
