1. Administrative System Construction & Management: Formulate, optimize and implement the company’s administrative management systems and workflows, standardize daily administrative working standards, oversee the overall operation of the administration team, improve work efficiency, and ensure the orderly progress of all company administrative affairs.
2. Daily Administrative Management: Take charge of office environment management, fixed asset management, as well as the procurement, warehousing, distribution and account management of office supplies. Conduct regular asset inventory, control office operation costs, avoid resource waste, and fully meet the daily office needs of all employees.
3. Meeting & Reception Management: Overall plan, organize and conduct on-site coordination for all company meetings and large-scale corporate activities, and follow up on post-event finishing work. Manage the reception of visiting clients, cooperative partners and important guests with standardized service procedures to maintain and enhance the company’s brand image.
4. Logistics Support Management: Liaise with and supervise external logistics service providers including canteen management, cleaning, security, greening and property management teams. Monitor service quality, resolve logistics problems in a timely manner, and create a safe, comfortable and standardized office environment for employees.
5. Official Document & File Management: Draft, review and release company notices, announcements, external official letters and other administrative documents. Conduct classified filing, safekeeping and borrowing management of all physical and electronic company files, contracts and materials to ensure complete and retrievable document records.
